Eating and energy

One thing that has really changed with pregnancy is eating. I went through about a two week phase where nothing sounded good, so I ate a lot of apple sauce and oatmeal. Then last Friday everything sounded good and I overate junk and felt sick that night. Nathan was really sweet and bought me Sea Bands and ginger ale, and I managed not to throw up. I'm trying not to make bad food choices like that again. Now I still don't know what I want to eat, and sometimes something sounds good until I get it, then I don't want it. For example, I thought I wanted mac and cheese tonight, so I made some and now it's a slow going effort to eat it. I'm nine weeks and one day, and I'm really hoping that the second trimester will be easier as far as this goes.

I'm also hoping I'll have more energy then, because I have been so tired and lazy lately. We've been on Christmas break, so I've taken a nap almost every afternoon and have still been going to bed early. It's going to be interesting going back to work and not having my nap time.
